Cancellation Policy

Detailed rules on when Autorvia campaign orders can be cancelled, how to request cancellation, and how it relates to refunds.

Summary: You may cancel your Autorvia campaign order at any time before distribution begins. Cancellation eligibility depends on how far the campaign has progressed — see the stages below.

1. Cancellation Stages & Timeline

Because Autorvia (operated by YAZA LLC) delivers digital PR and press release distribution services, whether an order can be cancelled — and whether a refund applies — depends entirely on the stage of execution reached:

Stage A — Before Campaign Intake & Preparation

Orders can be cancelled with a 100% full refund if requested before materials are submitted or before our editorial team initiates campaign review.

Stage B — During Drafting & Editorial Review

If cancellation is requested while copywriters or editors are actively reviewing, formatting, or drafting your content, a partial refund may be issued, minus editorial preparation costs already incurred.

Stage C — After Distribution Submission

Once your press release has been dispatched to news agencies, journalists, or third-party publication networks, cancellation is no longer technically possible — the distribution action cannot be recalled.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a campaign cancellation, send an email to support@autorvia.com with the subject line "Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]". Please include your full name, order number, billing email address, and reason for cancellation. Our support team confirms all cancellation requests in writing.

3. One-Time Campaign Orders

Autorvia packages are sold as one-time campaign services. There is no recurring subscription and no automatic renewal. Each campaign order is a single purchase governed by the cancellation stages described in Section 1. Any additional campaign or optional add-on requires a separate purchase and explicit authorization.

4. When Cancellation Is No Longer Possible

Cancellation is no longer technically possible once a press release has been transmitted to a third-party media outlet, news wire, or syndication network for publication. Distribution actions performed by independent publishers cannot be reversed or recalled by Autorvia.

5. Relationship Between Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation requests are evaluated directly alongside our Refund Policy to determine what, if any, refund amount applies based on the fulfillment stage reached. Approved refunds tied to a cancellation are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
