Refund Policy
Detailed refund eligibility rules based on campaign fulfillment stage, editorial rejection, and duplicate charge handling for Autorvia services.
Refund eligibility is based entirely on how far your campaign has progressed at the moment of your request — not simply on how much time has passed. Please read the fulfillment stages below carefully before requesting a refund.
1. Overview & Nature of Our Service
Autorvia (operated by YAZA LLC) provides managed digital professional services — specifically press release preparation, editorial review, and coordinated distribution across third-party media and syndication networks. Because these services involve human editorial labor and irreversible third-party publication actions, refund eligibility is strictly tied to the fulfillment stage reached at the time your cancellation or refund request is received, not merely the time elapsed since purchase.
2. Stage 1 — Before Work Begins: Full Refund (100%)
If you request a cancellation before Autorvia has received your campaign materials, and before our editorial team has begun any review, drafting, or preparation work, you are entitled to a full 100% refund of the amount paid. This includes purchases where checkout was completed but the campaign submission form has not yet been filled out.
3. Stage 2 — After Campaign Preparation Begins: Partial Refund
Once our editorial team has started reviewing, formatting, translating, or drafting your press release — but before it has been submitted to any distribution network — a request for cancellation will result in a partial refund. The deducted amount reflects the operational and editorial resources already committed to your campaign (typically 25%–50% of the package price depending on work completed).
4. Stage 3 — After Distribution Submission: Non-Refundable
Once your press release has been formally submitted and dispatched to third-party news wires, syndication feeds, or media publisher networks, the service is considered fully rendered. At this stage, distribution actions are technically irreversible — publishers may have already indexed, cached, or scheduled the content. Requests received after this point are non-refundable, in whole or in part.
5. Named Publication Rejection
Named publications such as Europa Press, Agencia EFE, or Crónica Global – El Español remain subject to independent editorial approval. If a named publication initially rejects otherwise eligible content, Autorvia may offer reasonable revisions and one resubmission where permitted. If final approval is not obtained, the following remedies apply:
- Named publication included as part of a package: Autorvia will provide an appropriate alternative distribution placement and will still deliver at least the minimum number of confirmed publication URLs stated for the selected package.
- Named publication purchased as a separately priced add-on: The customer may choose an equivalent replacement placement or a refund of the separately charged add-on fee.
This remedy does not apply when rejection results from prohibited, illegal, misleading, unverifiable or customer-supplied content that violates Autorvia's Editorial Guidelines or Service Eligibility requirements.
6. Campaign Rejection Due to Editorial Non-Eligibility
We distinguish between two categories of rejection, each handled differently:
- Customer Submits Prohibited or Ineligible Content: If your submitted materials violate our Editorial Guidelines (e.g. unlawful claims, prohibited industries, unverifiable statements), the campaign will be rejected. In this scenario, applicable editorial review fees are non-refundable, though you may be offered one revision opportunity to bring your content into compliance, or a partial refund reflecting completed work.
- Autorvia Cannot Deliver the Purchased Service: If a campaign is rejected before distribution, the applicable refund or replacement remedy described for the purchased service will apply.
7. Service Not Delivered
If Autorvia fails to deliver the core service you purchased (for example, distribution never occurs and no alternative outlet can be arranged), you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that specific undelivered package.
8. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
Any verified duplicate transaction, double billing, or system-side billing error will be corrected and refunded in full immediately upon verification. Please report suspected duplicate charges as soon as possible with your order confirmation numbers.
9. Refund Request Procedure
To submit a formal refund request, email our support team with the following information:
- Full name and company name
- Order confirmation number
- Email address used for the original purchase
- Detailed reason for the refund request
Send your request to support@autorvia.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Order Number]".
10. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refund requests are reviewed and processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval. Once processed on our end, the actual time for funds to appear on your bank or card statement depends on your card issuer or payment provider, and can take an additional 3–10 business days.
