1. Fulfillment Workflow
Following order confirmation, customers receive immediate access to the campaign intake form. The delivery process follows these steps:
- Campaign Intake: Submission of press release copy, key metadata, quotes, and target URLs.
- Editorial Review & Translation: Professional copywriting, formatting, and localization into target market languages (e.g. Spanish, French, German).
- Customer Proof Approval: Optional preview proof sent for review prior to dispatch.
- Media Dispatch & Distribution: Transmission to verified wire services, news publishers, and search engine syndication feeds.
- PDF Coverage Report Delivery: Delivery of the final report containing confirmed live publication URLs and indexing links.
2. Turnaround Times
Standard editorial review and distribution turnaround is typically 48–72 business hours from the time completed campaign intake materials are received. Expedited distribution options (e.g., 24-hour dispatch) are processed according to the selected package parameters.
3. Delivery Confirmation
Service completion is formally marked by the transmission of the final PDF coverage report to the customer's registered contact email address. The report details all published links and indexing status.
