Editorial Guidelines
Press release content standards, prohibited topics, formatting requirements, and review guidelines for Autorvia.
1. Objective Newsworthiness
Press releases submitted to Autorvia must present timely, factual news about a real company, product, service, event, or corporate development. Content written strictly as sales copy or opinion pieces without newsworthy hooks will require revision before publication.
2. Formatting & Structure Requirements
- Headline: Clear, concise title summarizing the news (avoid ALL CAPS or excessive exclamation points).
- Dateline: City, State/Country, and publication date.
- Body Paragraphs: Written in third-person tone ("The company announced" rather than "We are proud to announce").
- Quotes: Executive quotes must be attributed to real individuals with titles.
- Media Contact & Boilerplate: Valid press contact name, corporate email address, and official website URL.
3. Prohibited & Restricted Content
Autorvia does not accept press releases containing or promoting:
- Unsubstantiated medical, health, or miracle claims
- Unlicensed financial advisory, guaranteed returns, or get-rich-quick schemes
- Defamatory, libelous, or hate speech targeting individuals or organizations
- Adult content, illegal substances, or weapons
- Misleading, counterfeit, or fraudulent business practices
4. Link Policies
To maintain publisher compliance and search engine quality standards, press releases should include a reasonable number of contextual links (typically 1 to 3 relevant domain links per 500 words). Spammy or excessive keyword-stuffed anchor text will be modified during editorial review.
