Service Eligibility
Purchasing a service does not remove applicable editorial requirements. Learn how campaign review, eligibility and publisher requirements work.
Campaign Review
Every campaign is reviewed before distribution. This review helps identify potential eligibility or formatting issues before the campaign is submitted to the relevant media network.
Eligibility Requirements
Campaigns must meet Autorvia's editorial guidelines and content standards. Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, deceptive or otherwise prohibited may be refused.
Publisher Requirements
Third-party publishers and distribution networks maintain their own editorial policies and requirements. A campaign that meets Autorvia's guidelines may still be declined by a publisher based on its own standards.
Rejected Campaigns
If a campaign cannot be distributed because of eligibility or editorial requirements, our team will communicate the issue and discuss available options, which may include revisions, an alternative distribution option, or a remedy consistent with our Refund Policy.
Customer Revisions
Where possible, customers may be offered the opportunity to revise content to meet applicable requirements. Revisions may affect the processing timeline.
Alternative Distribution Where Applicable
Depending on the circumstances, an alternative distribution option may be offered if the originally selected service cannot fulfill the campaign.
Refund / Cancellation Relationship
Refund and cancellation eligibility depend on the fulfillment stage. Please review our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for full details.
