Autorvia provides digital press release writing, editorial review, and distribution services across partner media networks, search engines, and news syndication feeds. All distribution packages and single press releases are offered on a one-off fee model without automatic recurring billing.

3. Customer Representations & Content

When submitting materials, press releases, company information, images, or links to Autorvia, you represent and warrant that:

• You hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to publish the content.
• The content is accurate, factual, and not misleading or deceptive.
• The content complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.
• The content complies with Autorvia's Editorial Guidelines.

4. Editorial Discretion & Rejection

Autorvia and its network of media publishers reserve the absolute right to edit, reformat, or reject any submitted press release that violates our editorial standards, contains prohibited industry topics, or is deemed unsuitable for distribution. Rejection remedies are governed by our Refund Policy and Service Eligibility terms.

5. Third-Party Publishers & Syndication

While Autorvia guarantees placement on specified partner sites according to selected packages, third-party publishers control their own indexing, archiving, and hosting lifetimes. Autorvia is not liable for subsequent editorial adjustments made independently by third-party publisher websites.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YAZA LLC and Autorvia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in dispute.
